File upload failed

Symptom

Upload files in Files does not complete, or the item never appears in All files.

Likely causes

• Unsupported format or excessive file size
• Temporary network interruption
• Storage limit reached
• Browser extension blocking the upload

Quick checks

1. Confirm you used New → Upload files.
2. Retry once on a stable network.
3. Try a smaller file or a common format (for example a standard image).
4. Confirm you still have storage available for the Workspace.

Safe resolution steps

1. Upload again after the quick checks.
2. Try another browser profile without aggressive blockers.
3. If storage is full, remove unused files or free Trash items if your plan allows restore/delete flows.
4. Contact support if the failure persists with exact error text.

What not to do

• Do not rename system folders outside Sendorr as a workaround.
• Do not upload private credentials or secret key files into Files.
