How approvals protect your account

Outcome: Approvals ask you to confirm sensitive Agent actions before they change content, connections, or account settings.

When the Agent prepares an action that can change your content, connections, or account settings, Sendorr may ask for an approval before continuing.

Why approvals exist

Approvals keep automation helpful without giving it silent control over sensitive work.

What you should do

  1. Read the approval summary.
  2. Confirm the Workspace and target channel or destination are correct.
  3. Approve only if you intend the result.
  4. Reject or cancel if anything looks unexpected.
  5. Use Pause, Stop, or Take Control when you need to interrupt automation.

What approvals are not

Approvals are not a request for your password, OTP codes, or connection credentials. Complete those only on official provider pages when connecting accounts.

Detailed Agent Control Surface click-paths remain in draft documentation until final UI verification.
