Schedule your first post

Outcome: Create or open a post in Planner, choose the publish time, confirm channels, then schedule so it appears on the calendar.

Before you begin

• Connect the channels you want to publish to.
• Confirm your Workspace time zone under Settings if scheduling looks incorrect.

Steps

1. Open Planner (/calendar).
2. Use Day view, Week view, or Month view to find the target date.
3. Choose Create post or open an existing draft.
4. Select channels and complete the post content.
5. Set the schedule time and confirm the scheduling action in the composer.
6. Return to Planner and confirm the post appears on the calendar.

Expected result

The post is shown on the Planner calendar at the scheduled time for the selected channels.

Limitations

• Failed publishes may require reconnecting a channel or revising media constraints.
• Do not assume retries exist unless the UI offers a retry control.
