Documentation status labels
Outcome: Only stable and approved Beta Help articles are public; draft and internal content stay out of public search.

Only stable and explicitly approved beta articles appear in public navigation, public search, and the public sitemap.
Why this matters
Status labels protect you from unfinished instructions. If a feature is still changing — for example App Windows, Live Voice UI details, or Games flows — related Help pages stay draft or internal until the product UI is verified.
What you should do
- Prefer stable articles for day-to-day tasks.
- Treat Beta articles as accurate for what is available now, with room for change.
- Ignore draft or internal links if you encounter them outside the public Help Center.
