Search and sort Files

Outcome: Use Search files…, Sort (for example Newest), and Type filter to narrow the Files library.

Steps

1. Open Files.
2. Type in Search files… to filter by name or keywords available in the library.
3. Use Sort options such as Newest, Oldest, Name A–Z, Size, Modified, or Type.
4. Use Type filter (All types, Images, Videos, Audio, Other) when needed.
5. Switch Grid view or List view for browsing preference.

Expected result

The library list updates to match your search and filters.
