Upload your first file

Outcome: Open Files, choose New → Upload files, select one or more files, then confirm they appear in the library.

Before you begin

• Sign in to the correct Workspace.
• Use supported file types for your intended use (posts, Editor, or background).

Steps

1. Open Files in the sidebar (/files).
2. Choose New.
3. Choose Upload files.
4. Select one or more files from your device.
5. Wait for the upload to finish and confirm the items appear under All files.

Expected result

Uploaded files are listed in Files, searchable with Search files…, and available for posts and other workspace tools.

Limitations

• Very large files or unsupported formats can fail upload — see troubleshooting.
• Storage limits depend on your plan and Workspace configuration.
